How much does catering cost per head in KL?
From RM27 per pax for a full set: rice or noodles, two mains, a vegetable, dessert and a drink. Extra mains, stall dishes, delivery, serving staff and tableware are quoted on top.
What is the minimum order?
20 pax for catering sets. 50 pax for high tea.
Is the food halal?
Yes. Warung Pagi Pagi is a Muslim-owned business, and everything is cooked by its kitchen and stalls on Federal Hill.
Is this the same food as Warung Pagi Pagi?
Yes. Same cooks and recipes, scaled for events. Some dishes are adapted to travel and hold on a buffet line.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Within 10 km of Federal Hill, across Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. Anything further, feel free to ask if we deliver.
What is included in the price?
Food cooked on the day of your event, with disposable plates, cutlery and serviettes if you want them. Delivery, serving staff, tableware upgrades and buffet set-up are quoted separately, so you see every line before you confirm.
Buffet, foil trays or packed meals?
Buffet is set up and served at your venue. Foil trays are delivered ready to serve, with no set-up or staff. Packed meals come one box per guest. Choose one on the Pick your menu page.
Can I add food from the stalls?
Yes. Fourteen stalls at Warung Pagi Pagi can be added to any order: satay, Western, Middle Eastern, Thai, burgers, popiah, coffee and more. Tick them on the Pick your menu page and they go on the same quote and the same delivery.
Can I hold my event at Warung Pagi Pagi?
Yes. The event space on Federal Hill takes private bookings, with the food cooked on site. Choose "At Warung Pagi Pagi" as your venue on the Pick your menu page.
Do you provide serving staff?
Yes, as an add-on. We usually suggest one server per 50 guests. Mention it under 'Anything else' on the Pick your menu page, or in your WhatsApp message.
Can you handle dietary requirements?
Vegetarian, no shellfish, no nut and mild versions are standard. Tell us when you order and we plan around it.
When do I confirm and pay?
Confirmation and payment are due two days before the event. For weddings and events over 150 pax, book four weeks ahead.
How do I order?
Build your menu on the Pick your menu page and send it to us on WhatsApp, or message us with the date, headcount and venue. We reply with one itemised quote.
